Duck Hunt

spring onion potato soup (or some kind of walnut soup)

butternut squash ravioli topped with a port wine reduction and goat cheese fondue drizzle

hudson valley free range duck breast w/ macadamia nut crust over goat cheese mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus

bread pudding with coconut ice cream

red wine: auburn road good karma 2007
a light dry red blend of sangiovese and merlot. wonderful hints of cherry

and i do realize that the lighting in this spot is just slightly better than a cave in lascaux circa the paleolithic era
